The SAM Board of Directors invite you to celebrate your association at the upcoming SAM Annual Meeting and dinner on Thursday, April 4, 2013. Participate, relax and enjoy dinner with your friends, while you participate in the business meeting and the honoring of award recipients.

7:00 Annual Meeting, Awards & Raffle
The SAM Buffet: Ziti & marinara, meatballs, kielbasa, baked beans, chicken wings, garlic bread, rolled ham, sliced cheese & tomato’s, potato salad, fresh tossed, fruit salad, rolls & butter. Assorted Pies with Coffee & Tea for dessert.
$15.00 per person, (includes members and guests of members)
Pre-Registration is required – Deadline is Thursday, March 28
Optional table reservations available. All other seating will be first come-first serve basis.
IMPORTANT TABLE RESERVATION INFO:
If you plan to REGISTER and make a TABLE RESERVATION follow these simple instructions:
1) Go to the main list of Events. (Do not fill out any forms until the steps below are complete)
2) Use the “Add to Cart” selection for the Annual Meeting.
3) Then Use the “Add to Cart” selection for Table Reservations.
4) Do not click View Details.
5) When done, click “View Cart” and follow the instructions.
