This is the last week to get snowmobile charity reports in to SAM. I have only received 8 out of the 34 clubs. We can do better than that! The online form is so easy to submit.
This is a reminder about how important it is to show legislators and those in state and national agencies what and who we are, and the positive impact we have within the state with our massive volunteer effort.
I know of clubs that have held events or assisted with events that benefitted others. Please share that with me.
All of the club’s volunteer efforts that go into maintaining trails and grooming also count as charity work.
SAM needs to collect all this data by March 29 so we can compile the numbers to share with the International Snowmobile Council.
You do not need to have exact dates and times, or how many people volunteered. Estimates are fine.
Please take the time to fill out the online Charity Report, it will only take a minute.
If you have any questions contact Marcia Miller, SAM Charity Chair.
