Trail work this summer has been a challenge with all the rain, but we’ve managed to get out anyway and clear up most of the damaged from last winter’s storms. We sure hope the snow this year doesn’t come in 36″ increments. 12″ once a week for 12 weeks would be perfect. DCR Grants continue to be a life line for our club. This year we are installing two new grant funded steel bridges. One is 40′ and one is 60′! These kind of projects don’t happen without lot’s of volunteers and especially without heavy equipment. So extra thanks to Dick Hillman, Jeff Spencer, and CJ Plesnar for donating truck, trailer, and machine time.
